The Central Board of Education, Ajmer, New Delhi is headed by the Chairman. He is assisted with a Vice Chairman and Secretary and different Committee who is also Appointed by the Chairman.

Committed constituted under the Biologe. One building Sub Committee has been constituted by the Board of constructions/maintenance at acquisition of buildings by the Board.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:-
FUNCTION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE:-
CENTRAL BOARD OF EDUCATION AJMER, NEW DELHI deals with the matters per taking to the various problems of management of school. Disposal of different types of problem related matters of Exam. Equilancy of the various Government Board and Indian Universities as admission class 10+2 and Higher Education and hearing of the parties in different matters and disposal of the cases in terms of honorable court orders. It in collaboration with the general section of the Board places records papers and relevant files in the executive committee meeting for taking decisions and communications the decisions to the concerned individuals and to the authority it preserves importants documents and different circulars issued by the Board from time to time. It also looks after the publication of decisions of all meeting of the Executive Committee for the year separately in the form of a booklet. The section prepares booklets for the purpose of Annual General Meeting of the Board where Activities of different Sections of the Board are highlighted. An Annual Report of the Board pertaining to the activities of achievements of the Board is also prepared and sent to the School Education Department and Board of the Annual Budget Speach of the Conference. Meeting, Seminar preparation of the Annual Report for each sub units of the Board Committee.

EXAMINATION COMMITTEE:-
The committee consists of six members and the main function of the committee is to decide and supervise the activities related to conducting of the High School and Intermediate examination. The Board conducts High School and Intermediate Examination following the completion of a define syllabi and the conducting of the examination and publication of its result is of vital importance to the Board.

FINANCE COMMITTEE:-
Functions of the Finance Committee- This Committee has the responsibility to prepare the budget of the Board for each financial year and to watch over expenditure of the Board. The Board has to depend on grant from the donation/colleges to a great extent to meet the expenditure for payment of salary to the staff and for conducting examinations and welfare and job oriented programs and activities of the Board employees.

RECOGNITION COMMITTEE:-
Function of the Recognition Committee : During the year 2011 meetings of the recognition committee were held to decide the matters of recognition of schools, upgration of schools and withdrawal of recognition of school as per Board Executive Committee.

SYLLABUS COMMITTEE:–
The syllabus committee of the Board consists of 07 members. This committee works through 14 sub committee in accordance with the recommendations of the Equivalence. Committee as constituted by the Board. The sub committee under this committee are subject specific. The syllabus committee has revised the curricula and from 2011 academic years the new syllabus is being pursued.

RECORDS SECTION:-
The Records Section of the Board deals with important matters relating to the preservation of all examination records of the Board. It also verifies the records, corrects the name and age of the examination. This Section issues duplicate copy of Registration Certificate, Pass Certificate, Admit Card, Mark-Sheet of the candidates appeared at the High School/Intermediate Exam. This Section also makes verification of Certificates sent by the different departments organizations and bodies for employment purpose, it has to supply old records also for the purposes of cases filed in the High Court and District Courts of all State Government.
